We had the most wonderful stay here for our anniversary week in Kitty Hawk. The home is new, spotless, and perfectly situated right on the water—sunsets and sunrises were absolutely breathtaking. The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, exploring the two docks, and were even lucky enough to spot a bald eagle nesting in the backyard. It felt remote and tranquil, yet still just a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Truly a beautiful, restorative getaway. Highly recommend!

Stayed with kids
This place was exactly what we were looking for! Cozy, quiet, and the perfect size for our family of four! It’s truly a gem and puts the beauty of OBX right at your doorstep. It feels secluded, but easily driveable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, ocean beach access, etc. Thanks to Jenna/Aaron/Dale for a memorable vacation that was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed! Highly recommend!
Seas the Bay
This cozy 2 bed/2 bath cottage is surrounded by water and majestic live oaks! Seas the Bay offers stunning views of Kitty Hawk Bay from the house, deck, & shared dock. Just 5 min from the beach, local food, & nightlife. Our dock on the bay is a perfect place to enjoy sunrises on the water!

This place was even better in person than in pictures! First, the hosts were very responsive with any communication. The views of the Bay are beautiful. The house is clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are updated and it’s very cozy. The dock is a nice addition for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. Location is great. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Private but close to restaurants and beach. Overall, this place was great for us. I would definitely recommend and will also stay again!

The cottage was everything we had hoped for. I am an Airbnb cleaner myself so my expectations are high when I rent, and the place was extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked. The views were unbelievable, from the couch, the deck or the dock you can’t go wrong with the view. The prettiest sunrises I have ever seen. We were close to many restaurants and shopping but still felt tucked away in our own world at the cottage. We intend to make this a yearly getaway trip!
